| Yes. We can forward (park) additional domains to point to your master domain. There is a $2 USD per year charge for each domain you add as an alias. |

| If you would like to accept credit card orders on your site, Shyamnet offers the E-Commerce hosting package. The E-Commerce hosting provides each domain with a totally separate SSL secured area just waiting for your certificate to be installed. |

| Can I access my domain without the "www" in front? |
| Yes. You will be able to access your domain address with or without the "www" in front of the domain name. Example: [http://www.your-name.com] or [http://your-name.com] is acceptable, whichever you prefer. |

| How long does it take to set-up a new account? |
| New accounts will take from 1 to 18hours from the time we receive your order. Once your account is set-up, you will be emailed your Account Login information (User ID, Password & FTP hostname) to help you get started. You can immediately start uploading files to your new web site. |

| No, you will need to contact your local Internet Service Provider (ISP) for local dial-up access to the Internet. We focus on web site hosting, designin, and Registration, not internet access. |
